Answering a TalkBack

The TalkBack module works like this:
1. A user submits a talkback through the public form
2. An entry is submitted into the database
2a. and an email is sent to the designated admin contact (optional)
3. At this point, when you click on the TalkBack tab in the SubsPlus Admin, you'll see the new submission. Click on the pencil (edit) icon, write your response, and tick it as active, and your answer will appear on the public page.
